We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods, personalized/custom-made items, and products marked as "final sale."

Return Process:

  2. Once approved, return the item(s) with all original tags and packaging.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
